Non-Litigation
In connection with retainer we can provide legal services as In-House Lawyer legal services in the form of :
- Amicable Dispute Settlement (Mediation, Negotiation, and Reconsiliation), that is alternative dispute resolution (non litigation), both as a mediator, negotiator, and reconciler.
- Legal Assistance, which is provide legal assistance to the Client, especially as an in-house lawyer or for other purposes; including in the other context of implementing legal provisions/regulations, handling of letters and/or licensing of institutions, both private/state (rules compliance).
- Legal Drafting, which makes a variety of draft regulations, contracts and other legal documents.
- Legal Opinion & Legal Advice, provides legal advice in various fields of Law related to the type of business or needs of “Clients”, as well as other legal fields;
- Legal Audit/ Due Diligence & Analysis, provides auditing the legal aspect for various purposes, including: Initial Public Offering (IPO), bond issuance, acquisitions, mergers, loan applications and others.
Litigation
That in addition to non-litigation legal services, we can also provide legal services in litigation with the scope as follows :
- Handle, make a police reports, accompanying “Clients” in the Police, public prosecutor’s office, District Court and coordinating with related agencies on a problem / dispute;
- Handle, represent the “Client” to make and submit a law suit, Petition for Execution, on the District Court and / or the Commercial Court for bankruptcy;
- Handle, represent the Company as Defendant, Bankrupt Respondent, Respondent Executed in the District Court, Industrial Relations Court, State Administrative Court or Commercial Court (Bankruptcy) and Corruption Criminal Court;
- Arbitration, Alternative dispute resolution and settlement of industrial relations disputes;
and other litigation efforts / disputes both inside and outside the court.
