Muhammad Milano, S.H., M.H.
Founder, Managing Partner, his expertise in Litigation, specializes in both criminal and private law especially in Property Law, Mining law, Bankruptcy law and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation and Family Law. He is also active in advocate organizations and is currently incorporated in Ikatan Penasihat Hukum Indonesia (IPHI).
Milano is leading the litigation practice at the firm. Milano obtained his Bachelor of Law (SH) degree from Trisakti University Jakarta in 2004 and later he was graduated Masters of Law (MH) degree from IBLAM University Jakarta in 2021. After he graduated, he worked directly at the Indra Sahnun Lubis & Associates law office which is one of the largest law offices in Indonesia.
Milano has extensive experience as a lawyer in Indonesia for more than a decade in litigation cases. His work experience consisted of working as a partner lawyer at one of Indonesia’s most reputable law firms, due to his outstanding performance and diligence. Milano decided to establish his law firm in 2007 and then in 2011 he established these firm to develop to his own practice. In handling litigation cases, the main objective is to provide the best legal services in defending the legal rights of clients and to provide clients the best and effective solution in resolving disputes while protecting client’s interests in accordance with applicable law.
Milano was accepted at the Indonesian Lawyers Association (PERADI) and is fully qualified to represent clients in court. Milano is fluent in Bahasa and English.
Rahma Tri Adliana, S.H., M.H.

Rahma obtained a Bachelor of Law (SH) degree from Trisakti University Jakarta in 2004 and later she was graduated from Masters of Law at the University of Indonesia with specialization in Business Law.
Rahma has extensive experience as a lawyer in Indonesia for more than a decade in both litigation and non-litigation cases. After she graduated, she immediately worked at the Indra Sahnun Lubis & Associates law office which is one of the largest law offices in Indonesia, due to his outstanding performance and perseverance, Rahma decided to establish a law firm with Milano since 2011 to develop his own practice.
Rahma was accepted at the Indonesian Advocate Congress (KAI) and fully qualified to represent clients in court. Rahma is fluent in Bahasa and English.
Teguh Putra Alliansich Lubis, S.H., M.H.

Putra obtained his Bachelor of Law (SH) degree from Pelita Harapan University in Karawaci in 2007 and later he was graduated Masters of Law (MH) degree from IBLAM University Jakarta in 2021. Since then he has immediately worked in the Indra Sahnun Lubis & Associates law office which is one of the largest law offices in Indonesia.
Putra has extensive experience as a lawyer in litigation and non-litigation cases. His work experience consisted of working as a partner lawyer at one of Indonesia’s most well-known law firms, because of his high experiences Putra has decided to establish his own law firm with Milano also Rahma in 2011 to develop his own practice. In addition to being involved in litigation practices, he also gave advises, handles corporates and non-litigation legal issues involving domestic and international companies.
